5.2.4 Performance Measures, to revise required technology format from floppy disk to compact disc in the following performance measurement: "Were consumers provided with a compact disc (CD) containing copies of any changes or additions to the consumer's batch, keyboard, script, set, or other configuration files at the end of their final training session?"
1.6 Organization and Administration, 1.6.4 Additional Requirements, to update the DBS toll-free telephone number that facility-based providers must post within their facility from (800-252-5204) to (800-628-5115).
5.12 Standards for Supported Employment Services, to identify required plan revisions and benchmark status when a consumer changes employment goals or loses a job.
1.7.4 Records Retention, to specify that contract service providers must retain all programmatic, financial, and supporting documents for a minimum of three years.
1.7.5 Production of Records, to specify that contract service providers must provide contract-related information for agencies to conduct audits or examinations, or make excerpts, copies, or transcriptions.
3.2 Service Rates, to increase the rates paid for certain assistive technology training services.
5.2 Assistive Technology Training/5.2.1 Job Function, to add that training may also be provided in a DARS office or a community resource center. Also that group training can be provided by facility-based trainers or on-site trainers.
